Nick started his career working on the grounds crew at a local country club, where he honed his skills and developed a deep appreciation for meticulous lawn care. After work, he began mowing a few yards using his first pieces of equipment, and what started as a small, side venture quickly grew into something much larger. Over the years, Tier 1 continued to expand by acquiring other small companies, allowing us to offer a wider range of services while maintaining the personal touch that our clients appreciate.
